📋 Description

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts with speed and precision • Identify obligations, risks, and off-market terms • Collaborate with Crosby legal team members to interpret contract terms and surface anomalies and edge cases • Identify inefficiencies and recurring review patterns and turn them into process improvements • Standardize and codify recurring contract types and playbooks • Partner with engineering and operations to evolve Crosby’s legal service delivery model • Orchestrate Crosby’s AI tooling while applying expert legal judgment • Own commercial contract outcomes end-to-end and improve client experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years reviewing commercial contracts in private practice or in-house • Impeccable attention to detail and sound, commercial judgment • Ability to identify buried clauses, incorrect cross-references, and distinguish signal from noise • High standards for work quality • Ability to embrace change and work confidently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Interest in or experience tinkering with AI • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must disclose whether employer sponsorship is currently or prospectively required to work in the United States
