📋 Description

• Provide leadership to a team of Recruiters responsible for recruiting and placing professionals for assignments throughout the US. • Oversee and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes for efficiency, consistency, and compliance. • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance recruitment operations. • Develop training, best practices, cheat sheets, tips, tools, templates, and resources for recruiters. • Manage and leverage recruitment technology tools, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Stay informed about emerging recruitment technologies and recommend relevant tools. • Use data and metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies and assess recruitment operations. • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs. • Lead and supervise recruitment coordinators, administrators, and support staff. • Provide guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. • Monitor and drive department metrics and reporting. • Communicate milestones and successes to motivate and inspire the team. • Manage production goals and assess individual performance and metrics. • Implement performance improvement plans when needed. • Model best practices and professionalism. • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders on staffing needs and recruitment strategies. • Ensure communication and coordination between recruitment operations and other HR functions. • Create a positive, seamless candidate experience and implement initiatives to enhance the candidate journey. • Mitigate and resolve concerns affecting field professionals by initiating contact and orchestrating resolution. • Cultivate accountability, responsibility, and trust within the team. • Participate in and own interview, selection, and onboarding processes to attract, select, and retain talent. • Develop strategic initiatives and action plans to meet working professional volume and profit goals. • Align long-term team goals with individual short-term goals through clear expectations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of Recruitment experience in the service industry and/or business management preferred. • 3 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role is required. • Staffing experience required; education industry knowledge and experience preferred. • Proficient technical skills and knowledge of computer operations and applications including MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including ATS. • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills. • Ability to identify and address challenges within recruitment processes. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Adaptable to changes and emerging trends in recruitment. • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
