📋 Description

• Deliver daily support to company employees through the internal ticketing system, inbound calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams video conferences • Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for Encompass LOS and third-party systems • Resolve system errors, loan setup issues, hard stops, and disclosure concerns • Monitor and manage the Loan Support Queue for timely and accurate resolution • Collaborate with Loan Support Team Members and the CSM • Develop tailored action plans for assigned branches • Manage and participate in new system, process, and operational improvement projects • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with processing and support teams • Provide training and upskilling to strengthen team knowledge • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations • Maintain internal guides, procedures, knowledge bases, training, and support materials • Mentor and provide peer training

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS • Deep understanding of Encompass functionality, workflows, and troubleshooting • Experience training or mentoring team members on LOS systems and loan processes preferred • Experience managing a support queue and resolving complex issues preferred • Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes, disclosures, loan documentation, and regulatory guidelines • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical solutions to non-technical users • Detail-oriented and organized • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment • Knowledge of mortgage lending functions, TRID rules and regulations, REPSA, and disclosures required • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA loan programs • Advanced team building, organization, and leadership skills • Excellent analytical, customer service, managerial, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time Zone hours
