• Partner with the Director of Creative Operations and Creative Directors to align scope, timelines, and creative expertise across cross-departmental projects, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day flow of creative work, maintaining visibility into status, dependencies, and deliverables • Participate in creative development and production meetings to align objectives, milestones, and final deliverables • Manage development and production of print and digital marketing efforts, including TV, radio, print, digital video, social media, websites, banners, and experiential initiatives • Interface with Marketing Project Managers and Marketing leaders to keep projects on track against milestones and expectations • Provide direction and operational support to creative teams by defining tasks, deliverables, and next steps and removing obstacles • Support the Creative Operations Director in implementing workflow solutions and optimization efforts • Document and optimize Creative processes and support operational excellence across Creative Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or project management at a creative agency or in-house team • Strong understanding of creative and production processes across print, digital, video, social, and experiential channels • Proven ability to collaborate with project managers, creative teams, marketing partners, and operational leaders • Experience managing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to balance operational rigor with flexibility, empathy, and respect for creative workflows • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for virtual collaboration • Approximately 5–10% travel for business purposes • No certificate or license required • No driver’s license required
