• Oversee scheduling of segments with producers • Manage show boards and production planning • Partner with the Co-Executive Producer to stack and plan daily shows • Communicate creative vision and timing requirements to producers • Oversee scheduling of shoots, editing, and airing of content • Support the Co-Executive Producer with studio and talent stand-up elements for assigned segments • Oversee and produce sweeps programming and weekend episodes • Collaborate with Senior Producers to manage content flow and build weekend shows • Pitch and produce top-of-show elements for daily broadcasts • Manage in-studio production elements related to talent stand-ups and show segments • Oversee morning voice-over and talent needs • Conduct fact-checking and provide editorial oversight before feed • Work with Senior Producers to manage content flow and ensure seamless execution of daily programming
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 8+ years of experience producing entertainment, sports, studio, or live television programming • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling abilities • Ability to collaborate with producers, talent, editors, and production leadership • Regular use of computers, production software, and video conferencing tools • Passion for sports, television production, and audience engagement • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Ability to remain calm and effective under tight deadlines • Creative problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking • Commitment to producing accurate, compelling, and high-quality content • Schedule flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event coverage as business needs dictate
