📋 Description

• Design, implement, support, and optimize hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on-premises and Microsoft Azure platforms • Manage compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and virtualization services • Assist with infrastructure modernization, migration, and cloud adoption initiatives • Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and services • Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and performance optimization • Support infrastructure and cloud services powering the Homeowner Portal and other applications • Partner with development teams on scalable, resilient, and secure application hosting environments • Support web applications, APIs, authentication services, databases, and platform services • Implement and maintain Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, WAF, load balancers, and related services • Monitor and optimize application performance, availability, and user experience • Participate in application deployments, release management, and production readiness reviews • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes • Create scripts, workflows, and deployment pipelines • Support CI/CD practices and deployment automation • Support routing, switching, VPN connectivity, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and network security services • Design and support secure hybrid-cloud networking architectures • Support Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security principles • Collaborate with security teams on compliance and regulatory requirements • Design and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant architectures • Implement high availability, load balancing, redundancy, and active/passive or active/active failover • Develop, maintain, and test DR and BCP strategies • Support RTO and RPO objectives for critical business services • Participate in disaster recovery testing, failover exercises, and recovery validation • Support enterprise backup and recovery solutions • Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure, cloud, networking, and platform incidents • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Participate in incident response and major outage management • Ensure service levels, availability targets, and customer satisfaction objectives • Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to resolve issues and improve services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure architectures • Strong understanding of routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, load balancing, and network security • Experience supporting highly available and mission-critical production environments • Experience supporting customer-facing web applications and digital platforms • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technology domains • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Front Door, Azure Application Gateway, WAF, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights • Experience with VMware vSphere, virtual networking, enterprise storage platforms, and backup and recovery solutions • Strong PowerShell scripting experience • Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code methodologies • Experience with Git-based source control platforms • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms • Experience building automated deployment and operational workflows • Strong understanding of BCP and DR principles • Experience implementing failover, redundancy, backup, recovery, and resiliency solutions • Experience with Azure Site Recovery, VMware SRM, Zerto, or similar platforms • Knowledge of disaster recovery testing and recovery validation processes • Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar IaC technologies • Experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Experience with Azure App Services and cloud-native application hosting platforms • Experience supporting SQL platforms and cloud database services • Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk • Understanding of OWASP security principles and secure application delivery practices • Experience with API management and integration platforms • Cloud architecture experience supporting customer-facing SaaS or web-based platforms • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered • Relevant Microsoft, VMware, networking, cloud, or security certifications preferred
