📋 Description

• Lead and manage one or more concurrent construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget • Build strong stakeholder relationships and bring the right people together to develop innovative ideas and solutions • Coordinate architects, engineers, and other consultants throughout the project management process • Ensure project goals and objectives are met within financial and schedule parameters for multiple stakeholders • Identify, assess, and mitigate issues related to scheduling, logistics, sequencing, cost, quality, and progress • Negotiate claims and change orders • Review project descriptions, drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, contracts, and service proposals • Regularly review construction documents for conformance to project goals, value engineering, and constructibility • Develop monthly reports, budgets, schedules, presentations, minutes, and insurance tracking logs • Review documents prepared by internal team members for accuracy and reporting purposes • Support quality assurance and project closeout processes

🎯 Requirements

• Effective communication across teams and time zones • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Budget tracking and basic financial reporting; COUPA experience is a bonus • Vendor management and procurement support • Problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities • Understanding of corporate office design standards and requirements • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models and financial management • Knowledge of building codes, contract law and relevant legislation • Demonstrated knowledge of design, construction, and FF&E processes • Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks, schedules, and deliverables • Bachelor's degree preferably in architecture, construction management, or related field • 2+ years of experience in the building design, construction, architecture, and/or engineering field • Prior experience with Higher Education preferred
