📋 Description

• Plan, deploy, optimize, and provide operational support for the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications • Provide technical expertise for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Falcon Cloud Security deployments • Modify scripts to deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions • Troubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprises • Engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies • Develop scripts and processes for Falcon sensor deployment • Plan and report software deployment status • Collaborate with customer information technology teams • Mentor and guide the Platform Professional Services team • Conduct training on cloud platform best practices • Use CrowdStrike applications to support vulnerability and asset management • Integrate CrowdStrike into customers' existing tools • Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and data-collection scripts • Lead educational series for Falcon Cloud Security and related applications • Facilitate relationships among product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams • Guide deployments to ECS Fargate, Google Cloud Run, Kubernetes clusters, AWS accounts, GCP projects, and Azure tenants • Travel up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end user/customer environment • Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP • Extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud • Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies • Strong knowledge of CSPM • Expertise in Linux administration and CLI usage • Extensive experience scripting with Python • Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Comprehensive customer-facing consulting experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Broad experience in cloud, computer, and network systems security • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, workflows, processes, efficiency, and business outcomes • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
