📋 Description

• Directly sell enterprise security software solutions across CrowdStrike’s product portfolio • Drive incremental revenue with new customers through flexible and scalable licensing models • Plan, prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts in the Healthcare sector • Develop post-close relationships during the first twelve months • Partner with internal stakeholders on onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and licensing-model drawdown • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts • Build relationships with key decision makers • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account • Map CrowdStrike solution benefits to customer business requirements • Coordinate account onboarding, adoption, expansion, and transition to Account Managers • Document customer contact and activity data in CRM and marketing software • Forecast accurately and deliver quarterly revenue • Implement account and business plans • Collaborate with Marketing on events, seminars, and roadmap sessions • Promote CrowdStrike products and maximize brand recognition and mindshare • Publicize success stories • Provide customer feedback for product, systems, and process improvements • Work primarily in the field away from home office or company office location • Sell to and interact with senior customer executives and CXO-level decision makers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of customers’ decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives • Confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement • Complete understanding of and ability to articulate the business and technical contexts of key accounts • Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions • Knowledge of software business value concepts and CrowdStrike’s products • Subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge in selling the company’s products and services • Experience selling to and interacting with senior-most customer executives and CXO-level decision makers • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Ability to work remotely based in North Carolina or South Carolina
