📋 Description

• Manage business development and sales of pumps and related equipment • Manage multiple projects across different lifecycle stages • Build relationships with process engineers, maintenance teams, facilities personnel, plant managers, and purchasing agents • Advise customers on how new process equipment can reduce costs and improve quality • Sell equipment to organizations pumping liquids, semi-solids, waste, and similar materials • Close multimillion-dollar deals • Provide feedback to senior management • Travel approximately 75% throughout the Great Lakes/Midwest region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • Proven record of successful, consultative, industrial sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation • 3–5 years’ experience working in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment • Proven track record calling on and influencing decision makers in operations, quality, business unit, product development, procurement, and engineering • Specific experience with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels preferred • Experience selling to industrial customers • Experience working with products involving fluid movement • Must live in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Western New York • Ability to manage multiple projects at different lifecycle stages • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
