📋 Description

• Work independently providing delivery and integration services to organizations across multiple industries • Act as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve mature outcomes using next-generation SIEM, log management, AI-assisted investigations, and SOAR • Answer technical questions and demonstrate Falcon Next-Gen SIEM capabilities • Develop technical visions and Next-Gen SIEM roadmaps for customers • Operationalize Next-Gen SIEM within customer environments alongside Falcon engineers and cross-functional teams • Help customers discover Falcon NGSIEM capabilities and expand use cases • Provide timely feedback to CrowdStrike Product Management • Build internal relationships and influence product enhancements based on customer needs • Provide knowledge transfer of Falcon Next-Gen and other Falcon modules to customers • Limited onsite travel with customers may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a Security Operations role, professional services consulting role, or similar capacity • Knowledge of best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, developing searches, dashboards, and reviewing alerts • Intermediate (3+ years) knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure, including hands-on configuration of policies and integrations with applications • Intermediate (3+ years) knowledge of directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, and endpoint security • Experience creating, interpreting, and modifying configuration, automation, and integration scripts using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, YAML, REST API, Go, Cribl, Postman, etc. • Experience using an AI platform for development of integrations, synthesis of security data, and assisting with code reviews • Experience developing documentation and transferring knowledge of deployments to customers and internal stakeholders • Experience translating customer requirements and experiences into feedback for internal product and engineering teams • Occasional travel may be required (<25%) • Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Experience working with pre-sales teams at an InfoSec software or services organization on technical scoping, requirements gathering, and post-sales handoffs • Recent industry certifications with SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or other Information Security organizations (bonus) • Long-term (6 months minimum) recent SOC experience performing security incident analysis and triage using SIEM, Log Management, and/or SOAR (bonus) • Extensive applied knowledge and integration experience with demonstrable generative AI use cases (bonus) • Candidate may periodically be required to pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment • Must be able to work in the United States
