📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming travel requests accurately and efficiently through phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm customer travel reservations • Understand and apply client travel policies to guide and consult customers • Fulfill requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays for Elite 24 After-Hours • Ability to handle requests via phone, email, and other channels • Knowledge of travel regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas • Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
