📋 Description

• Plan, deploy, implement, and provide operational support for CrowdStrike platform AI capabilities • Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for Falcon’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities • Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows • Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining detection efficacy • Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations • Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises • Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs • Interpret AI-generated alerts and findings with customers • Enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management using CrowdStrike AI capabilities • Integrate Falcon AI capabilities into customers’ existing security tools and workflows • Support incident response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis • Develop and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team • Collaborate with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing AI collateral • Manage all deployment aspects from initial customer engagement through planning, installation, optimization, utility, and follow-on support • Travel up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications • Strong understanding of software deployment technologies • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms • Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations • Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Strong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiences • Strong experience in computer and network systems security • Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems • Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects • Experience mentoring team members • Some experience leading a team to complete projects • High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Experience with machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and writing prompts preferred • Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and model development preferred • Experience with agents and/or building agents preferred • Experience with software deployment tools including SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, and PsExec preferred • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Batch preferred • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP preferred • Potential for travel and assignment work exists • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • This role may require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment • CrowdStrike participates in the E-Verify program
