📋 Description

• Collect unique, relevant, actionable, and timely information on eCrime actors, especially Russian-language eCrime actors • Use advanced engagement skills and OSINT tradecraft to follow leads and identify and track eCrime threat actors in online communities • Identify current and emerging cyber threats and trends, including technical information focused on Russian-language eCrime actors • Create clear, highly contextualized internal reports that enable robust analysis • Collaborate with teams producing analytical reports and threat estimates on eCrime topics • Employ secure virtual operational tradecraft methods and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced engagement skills with threat actors • Extensive experience conducting OSINT investigations using Russian-language skills • Experience navigating cyber threat actor environments, including social media, hidden services, and forums • In-depth familiarity with eCrime groups, especially Russian-language groups • Practical knowledge of technical terminology, tools, and tactics used by eCrime actors • Ability to adapt quickly, identify creative solutions, and persist through difficult scenarios • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal guidance • Excellent attention to detail • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Russian and Ukrainian language capabilities preferred • Prior intelligence community, HUMINT, or cyber threat intelligence background highly preferred • Practical experience with virtual HUMINT highly desirable
