📋 Description

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction • Serve as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers • Perform tailored threat hunting, dark web research, and customer-specific threat intelligence operations • Execute sophisticated threat hunting operations • Provide actionable threat intelligence aligned to customer requirements • Prepare and deliver customer presentations on intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings • Brief findings on live nation-state and criminal activity to CISOs and executives • Respond to ad hoc customer requests for threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring • Build lasting customer partnerships • Conduct research, improve the threat hunting service, develop specialized intelligence knowledge, and collaborate with other CrowdStrike teams • Create, direct, and supervise AI agents to accelerate hunting and intelligence work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in two or more of: incident response or security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, and dark web monitoring • Exemplary organizational skills • Ability to communicate executive- and detailed-level findings to clients • Ability to communicate tasks, guidance, and methodology effectively with internal teams • Demonstrated ability to use AI and autonomous agents to enhance threat intelligence analysis and deliver measurable customer outcomes • Background presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders from individual contributors to executives • Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations • Experience investigating targeted threats including advanced persistent threats, organized crime, and hacktivists • Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies • Willingness and ability to support a rotational weekend on-call schedule • Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time • Familiarity with LogScale or similar query languages used in large-scale threat hunting • Understanding of contemporary scripting languages • Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API)
