📋 Description

• Bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs • Design, deliver, and implement custom Salesforce solutions • Provide consultative advice on industry best practices • Document business, functional, and technical requirements in pre-sales discovery • Generate solutions and Scopes of Work • Work with Practice Directors to resource sold Scopes of Work • Capture business needs, define requirements, and map business processes • Fully solution Scopes of Work that meet business needs • Lead project implementations and oversee architectural design • Collaborate with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Analysts, and Developers • Facilitate project introductions, kickoff meetings, and weekly client status meetings • Create and manage project timelines • Perform final quality assurance of completed work • Design and deliver end-user training as needed • Develop roadmaps for new client initiatives and projects • Share joint end-to-end responsibility for project success with the Project Manager and delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated competency and experience with all Salesforce core products • Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously • Experience leading and owning multiple enterprise strategic projects end to end • Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior enterprise leaders • Ability to manage a delivery team • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with all organizational levels • Ability to log time daily for client and project reporting • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environment • Minimum 20% travel required • Bachelor's degree • Salesforce specializations beyond the Core platform are a plus • Prior leadership experience highly desired • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization
