📋 Description

• Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships. • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members when engagements end. • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise. • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies. • Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience. • Background in external audit working with Broker Dealer clients. • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills. • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task. • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state. • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
