📋 Description

• Lead agency-wide planning process management for budgets and forecasts • Own budget and forecast calendars, guidance, training, templates, communications, and process optimization • Coordinate reporting cycles and deliver budget and forecast packages and presentations • Analyze and consolidate financial results, forecasts, and budget insights for executive review • Support scenario planning, target setting, and resource allocation • Oversee workforce planning process improvement, Merit and Fringe budget development, and headcount reporting • Supervise staff and partner with divisions on financial support • Represent FP&A requirements to the FP&A Systems team • Oversee user support, Oracle releases, roadmap activities, and functional testing • Design, test, and implement FP&A reports, dashboards, and system enhancements • Establish reporting guidance and protocols across the agency • Conduct report utilization audits and oversee systems training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 8+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, finance operations, data analysis, or a related function • Experience leading process improvement initiatives • Experience managing data and designing reports using Microsoft and Oracle based products • Experience designing reports and dashboards with business intelligence and data visualization platforms • Experience in financial planning with cloud-based EPM software • Fluent in English, both written and verbal • Legally able to work where the position is performed • Ability to clear pre-employment medical clearance where applicable
