📋 Description

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of 1–2 analysts • Lead finance transformation efforts across finance and accounting, including planning systems, consolidation, and executive reporting • Own the consolidated planning and reporting engine for annual operating plans, long-range plans, and monthly/quarterly forecasts • Manage data intake, consolidation, and on-time delivery of outputs for senior leadership • Evolve planning and reporting into a scalable, system-based architecture • Serve as functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform • Lead EPM tool evaluation, selection, design, implementation, enhancement, administration, and team enablement • Own the planning systems roadmap, including prioritization, governance, change management, and alignment with the planning calendar • Communicate roadmap progress and trade-offs to Finance leadership • Design data flows and integrations connecting the planning platform to the ERP, data warehouse, and BI stack • Partner with Accounting, Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, category, marketing, and operations finance teams • Support executive-facing deliverables including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly OpEx reviews, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials • Build dashboards and reporting that surface KPIs and business insights with minimal manual assembly • Establish and enforce systems controls, data governance, and planning process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of progressive experience spanning strategic finance/FP&A and finance systems or finance transformation roles • 2+ years managing or formally developing analysts • Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L mechanics, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation mechanics • Hands-on experience implementing, administering, or owning an EPM/planning platform such as Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, or similar • Experience with model design and integrations • Demonstrated success leading a finance transformation initiative end-to-end • Ability to manipulate large datasets and translate them into decision-ready outputs • Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple workstreams and delegate effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Track record of leveraging AI and automation to improve finance workflows • Proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker (nice to have) • NetSuite or similar ERP integration experience (nice to have) • Experience at a high-growth public company or late-stage startup (nice to have) • Exposure to a public company’s external reporting cycle (nice to have) • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
