📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Go-to-Market leadership • Own and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned GTM functions • Lead annual plans, quarterly outlooks, long-range scenarios, and investment cases • Analyze performance against plan, identify variance drivers, and provide actionable recommendations • Define and improve GTM finance operating cadence, including business reviews, forecast updates, budget-versus-actuals reporting, and leadership communications • Provide integrated analysis of GTM growth, productivity, cost, and capacity for resource allocation and trade-off decisions • Partner with executives and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and related organizations • Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews, operating meetings, board-related requests, and strategic planning • Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and high-priority decisions with rigorous analysis • Manage, coach, and develop FP&A team members • Allocate team work, establish review mechanisms, and improve analytical standards and processes • Build team capability in financial modeling, business-driver analysis, executive communication, and cross-functional influence • Lead cross-functional workstreams and influence outcomes beyond Finance • Build and maintain scalable financial models for headcount, operating expenses, capacity, productivity, and GTM investments • Analyze GTM metrics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, retention, churn, implementation activity, sales efficiency, capacity, and productivity • Reconcile financial and operational data, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen data quality and controls • Create and improve dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical processes • Automate manual workflows and improve FP&A scalability, accuracy, and timeliness • Establish consistent assumptions, definitions, and reporting standards with Accounting, Data, Revenue Operations, People, and Corporate FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at Manager level OR 10+ years of experience at Sr. Manager level in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, business operations, or a related analytical field • Experience leading people or major cross-functional workstreams • Strong financial modeling skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Deep experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, workforce planning, and executive reporting • Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and translate complex analysis into clear decisions • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and constructively challenging assumptions • Experience managing, mentoring, or developing finance talent • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills • Comfort working with large, imperfect datasets and reconciling information across multiple systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to executive audiences • High ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward practical, decision-useful analysis • AI-native mindset and demonstrated history of using AI to improve workflows, analysis, and team productivity • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Preferred: experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business; familiarity with SaaS and GTM metrics; experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, Snowflake, Tableau, or SQL-based analytics environments; experience supporting GTM organizations; experience building scalable reporting, dashboards, automated planning workflows, or finance data products; experience in rapidly changing environments
