📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Enterprise FP&A and partner with a Director of FP&A • Own ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on ARR, NRR, renewal rate, attainment, and capacity • Support building and maintaining ARR forecasting models using capacity, attainment, pipeline, and renewal data • Generate monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports covering unit economics, NRR, renewal rates, and attainment against targets • Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic finance initiatives • Provide analytical support for pricing strategy and approvals • Conduct variance analysis of actual versus forecast results • Present findings and recommendations to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of top-line experience in SaaS • Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics • Demonstrated history with financial planning processes • Experience with business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday • Demonstrated history of managing, developing, and improving ARR and revenue forecasting accuracy • Ability to act as a trusted strategic finance partner, evaluate ROI on new initiatives, and influence strategic decision-making • Ability to drive insights through data analysis to streamline financial reporting and processes
