📋 Description

• Lead development and delivery of budget, forecast, comparative, and management reporting packages • Establish stakeholder guidance and protocols for FP&A reporting tools and reports • Support the Director of FP&A with financial models, agency analyses, and deep dives • Assist FP&A and EPM systems teams with system enhancements, functional testing, report writing, and data-flow analysis • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, budget packages, and Board presentations • Collaborate with Finance teams to analyze and consolidate results, forecasts, and budget insights for executive review • Oversee functional design, testing, and implementation of FP&A reporting requirements • Conduct audits of end-user report utilization and requirements • Maintain guidance and training materials for FP&A reporting tools, reports, data sources, and modules • Manage and coordinate administration of CRS SharePoint sites and documentation • Deliver training on FP&A reporting tools, reports, and data sources • Maintain understanding of agency strategy, organizational design, finance policies, and FP&A process impacts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 5-8+ years experience in financial planning and analysis, finance operations, data analysis or a related function • Experience with managing data and designing reports using Microsoft and Oracle based products • Experience with designing reports and dashboards with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization platforms • Experience with cloud-based EPM software • Proven quantitative and analytical skills • Knowledge of accounting systems and business processes • Excel expertise, including complicated formulas and functions, filters, and pivot tables • Experience with reporting software • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-service mindset and ability to understand, document, and deliver end-user requirements • Ability to learn technical concepts from manuals and documentation • Strong presentation skills • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Arabic, French and/or Spanish language skills are a welcome and added advantage
