📋 Description

• Serve as the marketing partner for assigned business units and maintain regular meetings with key business unit leaders • Develop marketing plans with business unit leaders and marketing management • Develop marketing deliverables including broadcast emails, brochures, one-pagers, advertising, contests and incentives, internal communications, website content, social media postings, trade show exhibits, and audio/visual presentations • Proofread and edit copy before final approval • Follow marketing and compliance review processes to obtain approvals and meet legal, regulatory, and branding requirements • Assist with designing and executing custom surveys to assess campaign effectiveness • Perform administrative functions including list management, inbox management, internal project management/project sharing, and recurring external emails

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently, in a team, and in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions • Ability to communicate with individuals at all organizational levels • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience • Two years of experience in a Marketing role • Proven project management experience • Ability to build relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors • Understanding of design capabilities and online content presentation options • Experience with marketing and communications best practices, including social media, content creation and management, marketing analytics, media relations, advertising, trade shows, and meetings and events • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including AP Style Guidelines • Basic understanding of the life insurance industry and ability to explain basic industry terms • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer relationship management systems and strategic campaign development • Ability and willingness to host virtual events using company software, including Webex, and develop creative ways to increase interaction and attendee engagement • Experience with Marketo preferred • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred • Prior marketing experience in the insurance industry preferred • Knowledge of Crump, its carriers, business partners, and affiliates preferred • Employment offer contingent upon successful background screening
