📋 Description

• Monitor exceptions of live shipments through Cryoport’s web portal and email notifications • Escalate shipment exceptions internally to Logistics Managers • Answer and route client and carrier communications internally • Communicate externally with carriers and clients throughout shipments • Follow up with written and verbal communication • Manage inbound calls and redirect them to appropriate parties • Onboard new clients • Enter orders and approve orders • Interact regularly with Operations, Accounting, Management, Sales, and other internal departments • Perform administrative tasks, including required data entry • Assume other duties as assigned • Work after hours and/or weekend shifts if needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook • 2+ years of general logistics management and customer service preferred • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and process-oriented • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Ability to listen, understand, and evaluate logistical issues • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven initiative and dedication to meeting client expectations and requirements • Ability to take initiative and find innovative solutions • Ability to develop professional, supportive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal employees • Willingness to embrace personal and professional development • Willingness to work after hours and/or weekend shifts if needed • Availability for shift work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, including weekends and public holidays
