📋 Description

• Help inform and execute social growth strategy, ensuring content is locally resonant and operationally sound • Develop strategic guidelines for each social media channel to ensure consistency in content themes and audience targeting • Create up-to-trend initiatives and viral posts to market products and community stories • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain a unified brand voice and consistent quality • Define social goals, OKRs, and success metrics • Conduct data-driven post-mortems to improve impact and ROI • Conceptualize, implement, and manage high-impact social strategies for Crypto.com’s brands

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or similar role • AI-native with a deep understanding of the current AI tooling landscape • Strong project management skills and ability to supervise multiple projects • Hands-on experience using social media management/posting tools • Knowledge and experience executing content management, campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media management • Ability to create, edit, and repurpose content • Interest in the financial services industry and staying current on industry news, trends, and key happenings • Excellent team player; well organized and able to remain calm under tight deadlines
