📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with complex program and technical requirements. • Provide thought leadership and consultation to maximize customer investment in CSG. • Understand customers’ expected outcomes and build relationships with key stakeholders. • Construct and execute strategic account plans that drive customer success, retention, and growth. • Monitor customer health metrics and recommend actions to increase utilization and adoption of CSG’s Customer Experience product suite. • Act as an escalation point for reported or identified issues and operational services impacting events. • Collaborate with finance, product management, and technical teams on implementation and ongoing support of CSG’s CX solution portfolio. • Serve as the primary services point of contact for strategic customers. • Develop tailored customer success plans to drive adoption, usage, and value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience. • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS customers in Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail and/or Cable & Telco. • Ability to analyze workflow, evaluate systems, and formulate plans. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets. • Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites or as the portfolio requires. • Proficient in English in a business environment.
