📋 Description

• Manage the intake and approval process for AI use cases and AI-powered solutions • Facilitate AI risk assessments and document risks, controls and decisions • Coordinate reviews with Legal, Privacy, Security, Architecture and Compliance partners • Maintain the AI inventory, approvals and audit evidence • Track governance metrics and report on process performance • Support governance committee meetings, materials and action items • Build guidance, training and communications that help teams follow the process • Identify ways to shorten cycle times and improve the requester experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Governance, Risk Management or a related field • 3+ years in governance, risk, compliance, business analysis, project management or technology operations • Experience running a cross-functional review or approval process • Experience coordinating with Legal, Privacy, Security or Compliance partners • Experience keeping records, inventories or audit documentation • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to manage competing priorities across teams • AI, data governance, privacy or technology risk program experience (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with GenAI concepts, Responsible AI principles and AI regulation (nice-to-have) • Experience with governance or risk platforms such as OneTrust or ServiceNow (nice-to-have) • Dashboarding with Power BI or similar tools (nice-to-have) • Technical environment familiarity with governance, workflow or GRC platforms (OneTrust, ServiceNow or similar), Power BI or similar reporting tools
