📋 Description

• Apply structured change management approaches and tools to develop change strategies and plans for medium-to-large-scale, complex change initiatives • Serve as primary liaison to change sponsors, project managers, project teams, and stakeholders • Provide guidance to enhance change effectiveness • Oversee multiple change project schedules, budgets, and resources • Integrate change management activities into project plans • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, especially with senior leadership and external partners • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and change readiness assessments • Identify and mitigate change barriers and resistance • Engage and coach senior leaders on effective change leadership • Develop, deliver, and manage communications with corporate and line-of-business communications teams • Support the design and delivery of training programs and learning resources with Learning & Development teams • Define and measure business readiness and success metrics • Monitor change progress and gather qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms • Develop and facilitate change sustainability and business transition plans • Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar • Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management • Maintain internal control standards and implement internal and external audit points and applicable regulatory issues
