📋 Description

• Provide mental health rehabilitation services and supports to adults and families • Decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes and increase community functioning • Deliver program services ethically, legally, morally, and within a safe therapeutic environment • Participate as a team member in delivering mental health services • Facilitate recovery issues into clients’ daily living situations • Motivate staff and problem-solve regarding effective clinical practices • Complete required documentation within appropriate timelines • Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions • Maintain client service records in accordance with regulations • Communicate with admissions, process, and discharge planning staff • Coordinate services from community resources • Use treatment concepts, evidence-based practices, and service modalities • Present workshops, lectures, and training to clients, families, staff, and community groups • Make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients as needed • Participate in Clinical Team meetings and activities • Maintain confidentiality under the professional Code of Conduct and applicable law • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the agency positively • Assume other related responsibilities delegated by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements • Must have own transportation • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team • Computer proficiency required • Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm • Must pass an occupational health screening • Must work in a zero-tolerance drug-free environment, including marijuana
