📋 Description

• Develop complex employee-relations policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns • Conduct investigations, gather relevant information, and recommend appropriate actions • Support managers with performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and termination processes • Develop and implement employee communication strategies • Implement employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, including recognition programs and surveys • Connect employees facing personal or professional challenges with resources such as EAP, counseling services, and wellness programs • Coach more junior colleagues • Oversee ongoing training and role compliance • Maintain employee-relations records • Develop grievance procedures and conduct exit interviews • Coordinate employee-relations programs to ensure policy and practice compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Colleague/Employee Relations, Investigations, Human Resources, or a combination of relevant experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Bachelor's degree preferred; specialized training/relevant professional qualification or equal years of working experience may be considered • SHRM Certified Professional preferred • Ability to work 40 hours per week
