📋 Description

• Build and lead a team of dietitians providing outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) • Interview, select, and onboard dietitians • Coach and develop team members, set expectations, give feedback, and address performance concerns • Own team revenue, profitability, retention, and productive capacity • Use performance data to identify risks and take action • Reinforce clinical, documentation, scheduling, and operational standards • Partner with Clinical Excellence on training needs • Manage team workflows and priorities • Provide patient care when needed, without a fixed caseload • Handle increasingly complex team, financial, and operational decisions with leadership support

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential • Applicable state licensure, or eligibility to obtain required licensure • Demonstrated ability to coach others, lead initiatives, and improve team performance • Sound judgment, clear communication, dependable follow-through, and comfort using performance data to guide decisions • Residence in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah, or willingness to relocate to one of these states • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
