📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates across verticals, use cases, and geographies • Lead customer discovery conversations and surface operational impact of Rubrik's platform • Write and produce customer stories, video briefs, executive one-pagers, and event-ready abstracts • Own and operate the CXO Visionaries executive community program end to end • Develop CXO Visionary profiles and manage the Visionaries award program • Oversee the Visionary spotlight in Rubrik's monthly CXO newsletter • Recruit and onboard Visionary members and connect them with speaking and earned media opportunities • Coordinate exclusive threat intelligence access with Rubrik Zero Labs • Develop product and cyber resilience fluency and ensure technically accurate customer stories • Identify repeatable customer outcome patterns across environments and threat types • Build scalable tracking systems and manage intake, production, review, and approval workflows • Manage customer story processes for quarterly earnings and define quality standards • Track story usage and impact across sales, events, PR, and executive engagements • Partner with PR, communications, sales, field, product, engineering, cloud, ecosystem alliance, EBC, CXO Transformation, and Experiences teams • Coordinate CXO customer speaker sourcing and event logistics • Manage external writers, videographers, and agencies with clear briefs, timelines, and quality reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, technical content strategy, or a closely adjacent field • Direct ownership of a customer story, reference, or executive community program • Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, AI or similar • Technical fluency sufficient to hold substantive conversations with CISOs or IT leaders about ransomware recovery, identity resilience, or hybrid cloud data protection • Ability to recognize when an outcome claim does not hold up • Ability to write clearly and specifically about complex technical topics for senior business audiences • Strong interviewing instincts and ability to draw out authentic stories • Experience working in or closely alongside enterprise sales environments • Practical understanding of how customer proof points factor into deals and executive conversations • Preferred: experience managing executive community, customer advisory, or peer network programs • Preferred: experience at a company that navigated rapid scale or a major platform transition
