📋 Description

• Design, specify, and provide technical direction for new and existing applications • Perform and oversee systems analysis, design, and development for basic to complex solutions • Serve as an individual contributor on complex projects • Maintain functional understanding and efficient operation of supported applications • Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks • Prepare and manage the technical components of project plans • Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology staff from technical analysis through user acceptance testing • Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and perform debugging • Evaluate interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms • Provide analytical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing information technology solutions • Prepare, review, and maintain technical and functional specifications and systems documentation • Prepare assessments including required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort • Recommend technologies, policies, and processes and participate in vendor software evaluations • Follow and promote development standards and procedures • Maintain understanding of the supported business, processes, operations, and strategic direction • Assist with expense and capital budgets • Adhere to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards and escalate risk-related issues • Implement internal and external audit points and address applicable regulatory issues • Complete related duties and projects, including due diligence, cost/benefit analysis, and business studies • Work under the Technology Team Lead and provide backup to higher management as required • Interact with senior management, technology personnel, clients, vendors, and committees

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience • Alternatively, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, in lieu of a degree • Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms • Proficiency with personal computers, project management software, word processing software, and spreadsheet software • Ability to work on multiple complex projects • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Prior experience presenting to the target audience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented • Strong lateral thinking skills • Experience coordinating between Applications and business units • Experience recommending and implementing systems solutions • Experience driving project milestones and delivery dates • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Good understanding of the Bank's application framework • Advanced understanding of supported applications and interfacing/integrated applications • Subject matter expertise in the supported business and applications/systems • Ability to multitask across complex project components
