📋 Description

• Complete and oversee complex systems analysis, design and development efforts • Lead and contribute to complex projects • Provide analytical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing information technology solutions for client areas and the Bank • Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks • Prepare and manage technical components of project plans • Confer with Development, operations and Technology staff from technical analysis through user acceptance testing • Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete debugging • Evaluate complex interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications and platforms • Prepare and review technical and functional specifications and systems documentation • Prepare assessments including required tasks, estimated time frames and effort • Maintain efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications • Recommend technologies, policies and processes and participate in vendor software evaluations • Follow and promote development standards and procedures • Assist in developing expense and capital budgets • Monitor employee performance and may prepare annual appraisals • Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls and escalate risk-related issues • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory findings • Perform related duties including due diligence, cost/benefit analysis and business studies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates degree and 6 years systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years systems analysis/application development experience • Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software • Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature • Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented • Strong lateral thinking skills • Experience coordinating between Applications and business units • Experience recommending and implementing system solutions • Experience driving project milestones and delivery dates • Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective
