• Build and scale the Beehive Microgrid™ line of business • Identify and develop a sustainable growth model and additional revenue streams • Own and grow overall Beehive revenue with P&L-style accountability • Integrate mobile batteries into Commercial & Industrial projects • Sell the Beehive Microgrid model to developers • Rent Bees for events • Lead end-to-end development of regional Beehive Microgrid fleets from concept and scoping through procurement, build-out, and deployment-readiness • Manage project timelines, interdependencies, and delivery across multiple regions • Coordinate with regional program teams on siting, site assessment, and deployment-readiness • Develop and run RFPs for equipment, vendors, and EPC/build partners • Manage procurement of Hive and Bee assets and related equipment; evaluate bids and make sourcing recommendations • Coordinate funder and grant procurement requirements, including Buy America, prevailing wage, and applicable procurement standards • Manage vendors, suppliers, and EPC/build partners against scope, schedule, quality, and cost • Support the CEO in cultivating sponsors and partners with development-side input and project scoping • Identify and stand up new and expansion regions • Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes for launching fleets in new regions • Work with the CEO, HQ Technology Team, and regional program teams to turn strategy into deployed, revenue-generating fleets
• Direct experience in solar / clean-energy project development, including running RFPs, managing procurement, and managing vendors and EPCs • Track record of building revenue through selling, renting, or otherwise monetizing energy assets, products, or services • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects end to end, on schedule and on budget • Experience developing standardized, repeatable processes across multiple projects or sites • Ability to work independently as a contractor, setting methods and schedule to deliver defined outcomes • Experience with mobile, modular, or distributed energy assets preferred • Experience selling into Commercial & Industrial (C&I) markets or to project developers preferred • Familiarity with grant- or publicly funded procurement environments and requirements preferred • Experience in disaster response, resilience, or mission-driven / nonprofit settings preferred • No specific certifications or credentials, including PMP, NABCEP, or PE, are required • Cover letter and resume required for application • Willingness to learn; candidates need not fit all requirements
