📋 Description

• Complete and oversee complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts • Serve as a leader and individual contributor on complex projects • Provide analytical consulting and leadership to identify and implement information technology solutions supporting client and Bank objectives • Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks • Prepare and manage the technical components of project plans • Confer with Development, Operations, and Technology staff on systems development direction from technical analysis through user acceptance testing • Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete debugging • Evaluate complex interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms • Prepare and review technical and functional specifications and systems documentation • Prepare charts, tables, and diagrams for problem analysis and review documentation from less experienced staff • Prepare and review project assessments, task estimates, timelines, and effort estimates • Maintain efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications • Recommend technologies, policies, and processes and lead or participate in vendor software evaluations • Follow and promote development standards and procedures • Maintain expert knowledge of supported applications, development environments, and client environments • Assist with expense and capital budgets • Monitor employee performance and may prepare annual appraisals • Adhere to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards and escalate risk-related issues • Promote diversity and the Bank brand • Implement internal and external audit points and applicable regulatory issues • Perform related duties, including leading due diligence, cost/benefit analyses, or business studies • Work independently on high-level systems analysis and technical development phases • Manage activities of others and lead project activities • Interact with senior management, technology personnel, clients, and vendors • Provide backup to higher management and serve as a technical representative on committees or ad hoc projects • Mentor and develop less experienced staff

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates degree and 6 years systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years systems analysis/application development experience • Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms • Proficiency with personal computers, pertinent project management software, word processing software, and spreadsheet software • Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented • Strong lateral thinking skills • Experience coordinating between Applications and business units • Experience recommending and implementing system solutions • Experience driving project milestones and delivery dates • Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective • Good understanding of the Bank's application framework • Subject matter expertise in the business with knowledge or experience utilizing the supported application/system • Advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously • Ability to multitask across various components of complex projects • Mastered knowledge of the entire system to work on projects outside normal business-as-usual activities
