📋 Description

• Author realistic, domain-authentic materials-science or engineering tasks based on prior work • Build data rooms and grading criteria for objectively scorable tasks • Run tasks against AI models • Analyze model successes and failures • Iterate tasks until they effectively discriminate model performance • Work with project leads and domain experts to define quality standards • Participate in daily onboarding sessions and office hours • Contribute to training and enhancing frontier AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Senior expertise in materials science, including metals, ceramics, composites, characterization, or additive manufacturing; or electrical engineering (analog, RF, power); or mechanical engineering (design, CFD and fluids, heat transfer, pressure vessels, NDE, CAE) • Comfortable navigating ambiguity • Able to explain why a wrong answer is wrong, not only identify the right answer • Must be an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
