📋 Description

• Work with business and support units to source suitable vendors at the best price • Carry out the Strategic Sourcing process to maximize competition and leverage in vendor selection and contracting • Work with management to identify an Executive Sponsor and cross-functional project team for sourcing initiatives • Guide project teams through the Strategic Sourcing process and keep sponsors and senior managers informed of progress, setbacks, and obstacles • Lead kick-off meetings to clarify sourcing objectives, strategy, and timelines • Develop and execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs based on business needs, market conditions, and corporate standards • Facilitate analysis, evaluation, and scoring of vendor proposals • Conduct bid rounds and coordinate vendor demonstrations, reference calls, and on-site visits • Lead contract negotiations with project teams and Legal to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms • Prepare documentation covering recommendations, results, savings, customer implications, and business-operation impacts • Guide business and support units through the Third-Party Risk Management Program • Ensure selected vendors are appropriately risk tiered, vetted, and approved before contract execution • Research procurement trends and recommend savings opportunities to business lines and support functions • Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and the Company's Risk Appetite • Identify risk-related issues requiring management escalation • Promote diversity and reflect the Bank brand • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory action items • Complete other related duties as assigned • Ensure contracts are properly documented and the Bank receives the best value for each dollar spent

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work remotely • Experience or knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement processes • Ability to develop and execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and score vendor proposals • Contract negotiation skills, generally for contracts up to $1 million • Ability to conduct vendor demonstrations, reference calls, and on-site visits • Knowledge of third-party risk management, vendor risk tiering, vetting, and approval processes • Ability to research and analyze procurement trend data • Understanding and adherence to risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and the Company's Risk Appetite • Ability to identify risk-related issues requiring escalation • Ability to maintain internal control standards and address audit and regulatory issues
