📋 Description
• Own recruitment from sourcing to hiring • Find candidates for difficult-to-fill positions • Proactively source through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels • Screen and interview candidates • Work directly with managers to understand hiring needs • Manage multiple openings and keep pipelines moving • Recommend qualified candidates and help close the hire • Continuously improve the recruiting process
🎯 Requirements
• Proven recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience • Strong sourcing skills, not just job posting • Comfortable recruiting both professional and operational roles • Fast, organized, and proactive • Strong judgment and communication skills • Ownership of results • Short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself and your recruiting experience required before applying
