📋 Description

• Help clients design and execute technology strategies to solve major business challenges • Provide expertise and team leadership across Technology, Data, and AI Strategy • Conduct software research and suitability assessments • Design architectures and evaluate technology stacks • Enable analytics and business intelligence • Accelerate and execute AI initiatives • Deliver projects and programs • Develop business cases • Design product roadmaps and implementation plans • Conduct due diligence • Lead workstreams as part of larger projects • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across client teams, including executives • Own deliverable storyline development and tailor flow and detail to the audience • Prioritize work across multiple teams and facilitate trade-off discussions • Identify strategic gaps and design solutions • Process diverse information and distill it into concise client deliverables • Translate insights into optionality and pathways • Assign and delegate work to project team members • Identify and manage issues proactively • Communicate project updates, progress, and plans to internal and client stakeholders • Manage and mentor junior team members • Identify, escalate, and address client and team capability gaps • Resolve complex issues using professional concepts and project objectives • Generate insights and devise plans to address identified issues • Support sales and account expansion efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, technology, or business management • Experience managing or leading teams • Exceptional analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills • High degree of organization and ability to manage competing priorities, driving results across multiple projects, exercising influence without authority • Ability to work at all levels of an organization, from C-Suite to front-line worker • Flexibility and comfort bringing structure to ambiguity, with project or program leadership experience • Systems thinking to understand complex business and technological ecosystems • Comfort presenting, teaching/workshopping, sharing ideas, and synthesizing information to inform direction • High attention to detail and ability to move quickly from tactical to strategic thinking • Exposure to various delivery models in both the traditional and Agile landscape • Collaborative working-style, with ability to self-motivate and execute • Track record of delivering large-scale complex programs • Exposure to start-up or initial launch of software development • Experience working with Private Equity • Hands-on experience building technology applications, whether for work or as a hobby • Background in automation or artificial intelligence/machine learning • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field (nice-to-have) • MBA or master's degree in a related field (nice-to-have)
