📋 Description

• Document and improve key business processes, including roles/responsibilities (RACI), parts contract onboarding, and bid intake workflows • Organize and improve weekly sales meetings by creating clear agendas, tracking actions, and managing follow-ups and deliverables • Map the full bid process (from request to quote to order fulfillment), identify delays or issues, and recommend improvements to make the process more efficient and reliable • Support daily bid execution by preparing and submitting quotes for assigned transit customers • Help build and maintain a team playbook by gathering information, updating content, and supporting rollout to the team • Support development of a customer-facing newsletter by researching topics, organizing content, and providing recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
