📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources to support strategic Data Center initiatives • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar business intelligence tools • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for business decision-making • Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis and reporting • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions • Support data validation, quality checks, and reporting accuracy to ensure data integrity • Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams • Automate and improve manual reporting processes • Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, project teams, and business stakeholders to improve data availability and usability • Support project schedule tracking, reporting, and coordination activities • Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data from multiple sources • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar BI tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex data and findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting project coordination, reporting, and schedule management activities • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of data validation, reporting accuracy, and process improvement methodologies • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations • Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience
