📋 Description

• Support project managers and sales teams with project coordination and administrative activities • Maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, reports, databases, files, and status updates • Track project tasks, deliverables, risks, action items, and milestones • Prepare and process customer submittals, drawings, purchase details, and supporting documentation • Compile product specifications and documentation based on bills of materials and engineering requirements • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Sales, and internal stakeholders • Identify, track, and resolve documentation and project issues • Support budget tracking, research, project logistics, and reporting • Maintain accurate project records and communication updates • Document project learnings, best practices, and process improvements • Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines independently

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro (required) • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Experience with Salesforce (preferred) • Technical knowledge of power generation products is a plus but not required • Position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
