📋 Description
• Assist Account Executives in the field • Connect clients with appropriate Resources • Package exceptions • Aid in customer service escalations • Deliver Welcome Calls • Use the CRM to identify, contact, and document dormant accounts for reactivation • Provide TPO Portal support across all portals and manage login credentials • Ask for additional loans and scenarios • Request introductions to Loan Officers or Processors who may need login credentials and system support • Provide loan-level support for the general pipeline • Assist with running DO and restructuring files/COC
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of mortgage industry experience • Familiarity with Encompass • Reliable internet connection • Quiet, professional workspace • CRM Management skills (preferred) • Proficient in Excel (preferred)
