📋 Description

• Monitor and respond across social and community surfaces • Escalate clinical or complaint-related matters to the appropriate owner • Manage the social media calendar, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance reporting • Resize, version, and assemble ad variants from approved templates and brand assets • Coordinate UGC, motion design, and SEO partners from briefing through delivery • Track deliverables, consolidate feedback, and hold deadlines • Maintain asset library hygiene • Conduct competitive monitoring • Convert meeting notes into action items • Reduce production work from senior marketers so they can focus on strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, social or community role • Excellent written English and a natural, human tone in public replies • Hands-on with a design tool (Figma or Canva) • Basic video trimming • Ability to ship a competent asset without a designer • Ruthless organization • Based in LATAM or APAC with at least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country in which they will be employed • Employees must perform all work physically within the country they reside in • Reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace • This position may be “on camera” at any time
