📋 Description

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner • Greet patients warmly and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department • Conduct thorough phone-based assessments of patients’ health concerns • Gather medical history, symptoms, and other pertinent information • Determine the appropriate level of care and guide patients to suitable healthcare resources • Relay messages and information between patients and healthcare teams • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication across the health network

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Exceptional customer service skills • Organized and effective communicator • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health records • Strong problem-solving skills • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred • Team player with a positive attitude • Must be able to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship
