• Define and execute the annual operating strategy for Curative's MSO and management-services platform supporting affiliated provider PLLCs • Translate enterprise objectives into a scalable operating model with decision rights, service standards, workforce plans, budgets, roadmaps, and performance goals • Advise the Chief Medical Officer on complex choices, business cases, investments, performance, risks, and corrective actions • Establish governance and working relationships among Curative, the MSO, affiliated provider PLLCs, the payer organization, and shared-service functions • Lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve escalated operational issues • Own operational performance for administrative and management services supporting virtual and in-person practices, including access, capacity, scheduling, staffing, throughput, facilities, equipment, vendors, service recovery, and business continuity • Design and improve operating playbooks and workflows for safe, efficient, patient-centered care • Lead operational readiness for new states, provider entities, clinics, programs, and care models • Build demand and capacity forecasting, contingency planning, and resource-allocation processes • Sponsor implementation, growth, and evolution of Curative's primary care practice and Baseline Visit program • Own Baseline Visit capacity and monitor completion, access, quality, engagement, care-plan activation, follow-up, and experience metrics • Build and execute a multi-state workforce strategy spanning physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nursing, care teams, and clinical operations leaders • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop operational directors, managers, and other leaders • Oversee MSO-supported recruiting, onboarding, licensing, credentialing, privileging, training, and performance-management processes • Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize quality, patient safety, evidence-based practice, peer review, incident response, and improvement priorities • Maintain systems supporting licensure, credentialing, telehealth, accreditation, compliance, audit, risk management, privacy, and information security • Own the MSO clinical-operations and management-services plan and budget; partner with Finance and the CMO on P&L, productivity, costs, and investments • Define and execute an AI and digital-transformation roadmap for clinical and MSO operations • Establish responsible AI governance and lead adoption, change management, monitoring, and impact measurement • Create KPI and OKR frameworks, executive dashboards, analytics, forecasting, benchmarking, and performance-management processes • Support market expansion and strategic partnerships through due diligence, implementation, integration, and stabilization • Build relationships with physicians, clinical partners, vendors, and external stakeholders • Partner with enterprise leaders to align MSO and provider-entity capabilities with payer, member, employer, and market needs
• MD or DO degree • Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. state and eligibility to obtain additional licenses as needed • At least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience • Five or more years in a senior or executive role with direct accountability in an MSO overseeing or supporting affiliated provider entities, a multi-entity medical group, or a closely analogous physician-enterprise environment • Demonstrated success scaling complex clinical operations through an MSO and affiliated provider entities • Experience leading through directors, Medical Directors, managers, and cross-functional teams across multiple states • Experience owning budgets and operating plans and managing P&L drivers, workforce productivity, unit economics, business cases, vendors, and investment decisions • Strong working knowledge of clinical quality, patient safety, credentialing, professional licensure, telehealth, healthcare compliance, risk management, MSO-provider governance, payer-provider separation, and multi-state operations • Demonstrated record of selecting, implementing, governing, or scaling AI, automation, analytics, or digital-health capabilities in a healthcare environment, with measurable outcomes and appropriate safeguards • Executive presence, sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence C-suite, physician, board, technical, and operational stakeholders in a matrixed organization • Proven ability to use data to diagnose problems, set priorities, lead enterprise change, and deliver sustained improvements in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Ability to work effectively in a remote executive role and travel less than 5% as business needs require • Ability to maintain the professional credentials required for the role
