📋 Description

• Own the people-management engine behind Twin Health’s expert care team • Own hiring profiles, recruiting benchmarks, onboarding, training infrastructure, career ladders, and leveling frameworks • Establish and manage performance systems based on Action Quality and Care Quality • Operate scorecards, reviews, coaching, audits, calibration, root-cause analysis, action planning, and escalation paths • Report care-team performance, trends, and interventions to senior leadership • Build and validate demand-per-member models based on member complexity and care-team time • Partner with Clinical Service Operations on aggregate staffing and capacity planning • Define and maintain population-specific care-team attributes for partners, care models, languages, acuity, and cohorts • Design, document, version, and govern care-team SOPs and SLAs • Own algorithms that operationalize SOPs and SLAs in CTS/DTS, partnering with Product and Engineering • Ensure SOPs, SLAs, and algorithms have accountable owners and review cycles • Improve care-team performance, member outcomes, and medication-elimination results

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare operations leadership • Direct management of multi-disciplinary clinical teams at scale (250+ FTEs or 50K+ lives) • 5+ years in Digital Health Organizations preferred • Demonstrated ownership of a clinical or clinical-adjacent workforce performance-management system, including metrics design, scorecards, audits, and leveling • Experience building or owning workload/demand models that differentiate effort by case or member complexity • Experience designing and governing SOPs, SLAs, and algorithms or systems that operationalize them • Strong hiring and training-infrastructure experience, including clinical or coaching ladder design • Financial and operational fluency, including COGS, unit economics, and outcomes-contract risk • Clinical literacy required to own Care Quality and clinical SOP/compliance standards credibly • Excellent people leadership and experience managing multi-layer operational teams • Experience developing frontline leaders into confident managers • Experience in value-based care, chronic or metabolic care, or digital health preferred • Familiarity with Operational Workflows/Product Deliverables or comparable workforce, workqueue, or clinical-workflow tooling preferred • Experience deploying AI-enabled tools into live operational workflows preferred • Ability to build independently with Claude is a plus • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Twin Health is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa • RN or clinical license preferred but not required
