📋 Description

• Driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships and acquiring new dealership partners. • Working directly with dealer groups, fixed operations leaders, OEM stakeholders, and industry influencers. • Building and managing relationships with dealership groups, dealer principals, fixed operations leaders, OEM field teams, and industry partners. • Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. • Creating and executing territory and account strategies. • Educating dealers and OEM partners on mobile service. • Representing Curbee at industry events, OEM meetings, 20 Groups, conferences, dealer associations, and partner events. • Collaborating with Marketing and Leadership on go-to-market initiatives. • Maintaining a consultative sales approach and helping prospects. • Traveling extensively throughout the region to develop relationships and uncover opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of business development, strategic sales, or partnerships experience • 5+ years selling software, technology, or automotive solutions into franchise dealerships • Strong understanding of dealership operations, fixed operations, and dealer group decision-making. • Experience engaging with OEM field organizations and understanding OEM initiatives. • Proven track record of generating pipelines, closing business, and exceeding revenue targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel 60-70% regionally and nationally.
