📋 Description

• Serve as the Adoptions Team expert on Curriculum Associates’ ELA/SLA materials • Support state ELA/SLA adoptions and cross-train to support math and science adoptions • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful adoption outcomes • Ensure accuracy and quality of adoption-related content • Support bid submissions • Complete product-specific adoption forms, including brief forms, evaluation briefs, and rubrics • Engage additional subject matter experts as needed • Support development and maintenance of state and public reviewer websites • Own Workfront requests and site content • Write district presentation rubric responses • Create and maintain i-Knowledge state adoption pages throughout the adoption lifecycle • Produce state review navigation videos and guides • Advise on adoption communications, collateral, and campaigns led by regional marketing • Support adoption debriefs to analyze performance and outcomes • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience in a K-12 publishing environment • Familiarity with the reading classroom or ELA market preferred but not required • 2+ years of experience in K-12 education • Ability to execute detailed project plans • Ability to develop deep product and market knowledge • Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally and collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders • Extraordinary organizational, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows • Travel less than once per quarter
